After years of keynote speaking, training and development programmes, David wanted to look for ways to do something a bit different and something special. Through this, Lightbulb Teams was created; a team building company that specialises in CSR with meaningful impact.

Sarah comes from a 5-star hospitality background having spent the majority of her career at senior management level driving the very best of customer care and service standards. As Business Manager, Sarah uses this experience and attention to detail to drive the office operation forward and ensure our team are in the right place at the right time. Sarah is super excited to be part of the Lightbulb family, full of positivity and enthusiasm she continues to be inspired by the bespoke sessions our team deliver across the globe.

If you could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, where would you be?

I admit it, I am a massive Harry Potter fan and every year (every winter to be precise), I watch the entire boxset. So at this particular moment I would love to be at Hogwarts perfecting my Witchcraft and having a Butterbeer with Professor Dumbledore.

Chloe is an internationally experienced professional who holds a first-class honours degree in Leisure and Events Management. Chloe has a wealth of experience in the event industry from conference planning and delivering large scale fundraisers to more intimate networking events. As the Growth and Operations Lead at David Meade Events, she is responsible for sourcing, securing, planning and supporting all aspects of event delivery process. Chloe loves the creative, changing dynamic of the industry we work in and enjoys bringing people together and delivering memorable experiences for all involved.

If you could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, where would you be? (Don’t overthink it!)

I’d be attempting (and failing miserably) to surf at Currumbin beach, Australia. Blue skies, clear water and white sand, my absolute favourite place in the world.

A footballer – My Grandfather invested heavily in taking me to games and playing football every chance he got from a very early age, this is where my love for the beautiful game comes from and continues today.

As Head of Marketing, she uses her expertise to build David’s profile, support our customers’ journey, and guide the growth of David’s team-building company, Lightbulb Teams. Natalie’s friendly and energetic approach means she’s always putting people and purpose at the heart of what we do, while ensuring our message stays clear, consistent, and impactful across every channel.

It’s a toss between running towards a Pura Vida açai bowl in Miami or eating a Mozart cake in Vienna. Either way, food is involved.

Holly brings a wealth of experience in Event Management, contributing a strong sense of organisation, logistical expertise, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to the team. As our Operations Specialist, she looks after our event logistics, coordinating team build dispatches, tracking shipments and collaborating with venues to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries. Her positive attitude and collaborative nature make her a great fit to our team. She thrives in the fast-paced environment of events and enjoys the creativity it brings.

I would be at a cool beach shack on any of Thailand’s white sandy beaches with salty beach hair, sand in my toes & waiting on some delicious Pad Thai.  My shoulders drop just thinking about it!
