Danfoss Climate Summit Welcomes David Meade
May 15, 2023Danfoss Climate Summit Welcomes David Meade
Technology company Danfoss engineers solutions that increase machine productivity, reduce emissions, lower energy consumption, and enable electrification. The Danish company has a global reach and its recent Climate Summit brought together more than 200 delegates, from around Europe, to Lisbon, Portugal to explore climate solutions and future business plans.
As keynote speaker for the event David worked with the team to build a session that was truly built from the ground up, around where its downfalls are today and where its ambitious team are heading in the future.
In the three hour session David looked at three main pillars. As a truly customer-centred organisation Danfoss places the consumer at the heart of everything they do. Every decision it makes as a company is done with the customer in mind – so that they can give back to them, so they they can exceed their expectations and so that they can help their customers stay successful. Therefore this was the first topic David explored with the audience to ensure they maintain their position as a world leader.
Danfoss takes the tagline ‘Engineering tomorrow’ so the second thing David looked at was growth. He explained how the company can use his custom-made, science-backed tool for business development to help continue to accelerate the business into the future.
Last but not least he looked at mindset to ensure, that as a team, they were all psychologically equipped with the same tools that high performing athletes and business people use every day to make sure that they are achieving their full potential.
While the session was incredibly informative it was also highly interactive and engaging. Every delegate left with a detailed action-plan of the changes that they could make and take after the event to help them get the results that they need moving forward.
Speaking after the event David said: “It was a pleasure to speak at the Danfoss Climate Summit in the beautiful city of Lisbon. We worked really closely with the team at Danfoss, particularly Camilla, Brian and Stephane, to ensure this entire event was truly bespoke and completely customised to its audience.
“It was such a professional setup and I’d like to say a big thank-you to Danfoss for inviting me along.”
