Celebrating the Sales Kick-Off Event in Atlanta
CommerceHub provides software for drop shipping, marketplace, digital marketing and delivery management. They work with brands such as Facebook, Amazon, Macy’s and ASOS and provide digital intelligence and AI support so that every transaction is run safely and securely. But also, in a way that provides optimal experience for the consumer but optimal revenue opportunities for the retail client. David was invited to deliver the CommerceHub Keynote session.
David was honoured to be asked to join the team of high performers for their sales kick-off event in Atlanta. Delegates travelled from across the world to celebrate and announce the relaunch and reconfiguration of its flagship platform. In doing so they had the opportunity to explore new features, new messaging and new capabilities that will help make a huge difference to the clients and the brands that they serve.
Building Skills for a Competitive Landscape
The event was principally about building the personal and behavioural skills that will help their people succeed in the future. David’s keynote looked at the human characteristics of high performing individuals and organisations, particularly when operating in a very competitive landscape.
It looked at the real science and psychology of how you can be a leader – even if the word leader is not inside your title. It also explored how you can continue to approach your client-centric work with the same enthusiasm and ambition every day.
Putting the Audience in the Driver’s Seat
Delivered in his inimitable style, David’s set was incredibly high octane, energetic and interactive. It was designed to make sure that every single person in the room didn’t just listen to a talk but that they were active participants in the material.
