Keynote to BAE Systems’ Global Leadership Team
September 24, 2024David was honoured to be asked to travel to Glasgow recently to deliver the keynote to BAE Systems’ global leadership team.
As a company BAE Systems provide some of the world’s most advanced, technology-led defence, aerospace and security solutions. The global business has a skilled workforce of around 100,000 and a presence in more than 40 countries.
David was excited to be invited to join this team of hardworking leaders who were all focused on up-skilling themselves in order to help their people reach their full potential.
He built a bespoke programme that focused on how to build mental well-being, how to make great decisions, how to motivate, engage and inspire a team and also how to handle and navigate uncertainty in times of change.
Taking place right in the middle of what was an extremely busy day, it was important the message landed with energy and enthusiasm. With his trademark high-octane, fast-paced delivery David made sure that every person was actively involved – from the front of the room, to the back of the room.
While the session was entertaining and funny it was also a deeply educational and insightful session and attendees were left with practical tools and techniques that they could apply and employ straight away.
