Delivering a Keynote Speech for Merz Aesthetics
May 27, 2024David was delighted to be asked to deliver the keynote speech at the Merz Aesthetics UK & Ireland 2023 Meeting.
Held in the Galgorm Resort, David was brought in to lead a high-energy, high-impact session on customer-centricity. In it he examined how the delegates could get closer to their customers and understand their own challenges, needs, desires and ambitions better.

Using this ethos David looked at how the attendees and the company as a whole could continue to exceed their customers’ expectations and keep growing in the marketplace.
As ever the session was hugely interactive with the audience involved and proactive throughout. By involving the delegates so closely and ensuring they spent as much time with the microphone as he did, David was able to make the keynote speech experience more immersive. In turn this helped them learn about how to truly get inside the mind of their customers and understand them better, to continue to be the leading choice for the aesthetics industry.
While this was David’s first time working with Merz he is hopeful it won’t be the last. Speaking after the event he said:
