David Hosts Deloitte’s AIP Event
May 14, 2024David joins professional services organisation Deloitte for the fifth consecutive time on their world-class AIP (Analyst Induction Programme) event.
The AIP programme brings together all of Deloitte’s newest recruits at the most exciting point in their careers for an immersive, week-long deep-dive into what makes the company tick.
Taking place in County Hall, London, David worked with the design and delivery team to create the content and deliver the material, making sure it was an exciting, engaging and positive experience for everyone involved.
As an industry-leader Deloitte are constantly pushing the boundaries and breaking down barriers. While many organisations may be doing standard introduction programmes, Deloitte do the opposite and stretch their participants from day one. Not just by having them solve the real life challenges that their clients have but by building their preparation skills and confidence to act as a foundation for what will be an exciting career in one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing consulting firms.
David has worked with Deloitte all across the globe for many years now and as he explained,
