Set to become the world’s top workplace learning provider, it has been David’s pleasure to work with Learning Pool for nearly ten years now.
Learnapalooza Virtual Event
The Learnapalooza Virtual Event was an opportunity to bring the whole company together to celebrate their successes and recognise individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond. It also paid respects to the long service employees, many of whom have been with the organisation from the start.
As virtual host and producer, David and the team designed the entire virtual event from the ground up. And David hosted it from his remote studios in Northern Ireland, with delegates tuning in from all across the globe.
The programme was curated around Learning Pool – its culture, values, mission and behaviours – to make sure it was a true fit for the purpose of this bespoke event.
On the day, David delivered live interactive games that united the entire geographic footprint of the business as one. Awards, celebrations and prizes were also delivered throughout to individuals who have lived the company values and behaviours in an exemplary way.
David said:
“I’ve enjoyed worked with Learning Pool for nearly 10 years now on virtual events and in-person events all across the world.”
David added, “As a company I loved them from the start and with every year and event that passes I get to know them a little better. Whether I’m delivering a live keynote, hosting and emceeing their in-person events, or in this case, producing an interactive TV show for all of their team from the ground up, I always value the time I get to spend with them.
“We’ve got another event coming up together in September 2024 which I’m already looking forward to – as each time we work together I learn something new.”
