David recently worked alongside Lockton and the Grand Opera House as part of an Art in Business project that provided mentoring and coaching for local school children. The ‘Locked On’ Programme challenged Lockton’s associates and workers to get involved with a scheme by putting their own time into developing a child’s potential. David delivered a mentoring session to a group of GCSE children to help develop their awareness of their essential skill set.
With Lockton being fully committed to staff training and currently funding their staff costs in taking CII and other examinations, they thought it only appropriate to bring David in for further staff training.
David was delighted to deliver sessions to the company that focused on how to approach challenges and opportunities on the horizon for the team. Throughout the sessions the team explored the importance of a collective team effort and accountability in achieving a high performance.
